Lead discovery, requirements engineering, process and solution design for software projects. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, create user stories, process models and wireframes, support Agile/Waterfall delivery, testing and change management, and mentor junior analysts.

Plan, facilitate and execute change management activities for clients moving from paper to automated systems. Conduct impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications and training plans, build change champion networks, coach leaders, monitor adoption metrics, and revise plans to minimise disruption and maximise adoption.

Coordinate enterprise governance, maintain registers (actions, risks, issues), prepare EXCO/MANCO reporting packs, track meeting actions and dependencies, produce dashboards/KPIs, drive process improvements and support transformation initiatives to ensure disciplined execution and accountability.
