Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT implementation projects for public-sector clients. Oversee budgets, schedules, risk, compliance (e.g., POPIA), stakeholder reporting, multi-project coordination, and mentoring of junior PMs to ensure quality, profitability, and successful client outcomes.
