Install, configure, and monitor on-premises and cloud infrastructure with emphasis on Microsoft technologies. Design/deploy enterprise networks, Azure resources, O365, AD, Intune, backup, SANs, and wireless networks. Perform audits, compliance reporting, project coordination, on-call/site travel, and partner with cybersecurity and vendors for deployments and incident response.

Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, collaboration tools and building systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks; manage devices via Intune; administer AD/Azure AD accounts; support access control and video surveillance; perform onsite maintenance, user training, documentation, inventory, and reporting.

Deploy and administer Brava as an enterprise operations platform, integrate AI tools and systems into unified workflows, design and maintain AI-enabled automation, collaborate with department leaders, and train and support users to drive adoption of AI-driven tools.

Provide a visible security presence by patrolling assigned areas, monitoring access points and life-safety systems, preparing incident and shift reports, promoting positive tenant relations, and responding to alarms. Maintain logs, follow security policies, and communicate safety issues to supervisors; perform other assigned duties.
