Oversee general ledger and financial reporting, ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance, coordinate external audits, develop budgets and forecasts, maintain internal controls, and supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff in a real estate-focused organization.

Designs, deploys, supports, and advances on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune. Manages communications and event-management platforms, responds to incidents, leads troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and supports network, firewall, wireless, and Internet services. The role also develops documentation, workflows, and performance reports while collaborating with vendors and global IT teams.

Oversee property management, maintenance, renovations, budgets, expenses, collections, tenant relations, inspections, safety programs, contracts, and capital projects across multiple properties. The role supports property managers, manages vendors and operating costs, prepares budgets, coordinates leasing and tenant improvements, communicates with stakeholders, and hires, trains, and develops site-level employees. Extensive air travel across multiple markets is required.
