Owns post-sale client success across onboarding, activation readiness, go-live support, performance monitoring, issue resolution, relationship management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Coordinates Operations, Product, Engineering, Project Management, Training, and Partnerships teams; produces client-facing reports; tracks adoption, utilisation, service performance, satisfaction, and recovery actions. Identifies expansion opportunities without owning commercial negotiations. Requires regular UK travel and event-based evening and weekend support.

Develop and maintain Android kiosk applications and backend services, integrate payment providers and hardware, troubleshoot software/hardware/network issues, improve performance and reliability, participate in architecture and code reviews, support deployments and monitoring, and take ownership from design through production.
