Owns financial leadership for a high-growth technology business, including strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, fundraising, investor relations, reporting, controls, international tax coordination, and finance-team development. The role partners with the CEO, board, investors, and operational leaders to improve commercial performance, manage working capital, support international expansion, and build scalable finance systems and processes.

Leads Boxbar’s Australian operational delivery and client support across installations, venues, and live events. Manages technicians and contractors, coordinates site readiness and event operations, oversees equipment setup and first-line troubleshooting, maintains operational records, and develops scalable local processes. Builds relationships with clients and venue teams, resolves issues under pressure, and collaborates with UK-based colleagues. The role is Melbourne-based, requires travel across Australia, and includes flexible evening and weekend work.
