Lead Boundless Life’s global community strategy and team, owning the family journey from onboarding through post-cohort engagement. Build belonging, engagement rituals, community-led experiences, scalable playbooks, and technology-enabled processes across destinations. Partner with Product, Operations, Education, Marketing, and Sales to improve community satisfaction, participation, retention, and advocacy. Oversee community platforms, automation, AI support, local Community Hosts, partnerships, moderation, performance metrics, and continuous experience improvement.

Join Boundless Life's new Annecy Pathfinders program as a Lead Teacher or Support Educator delivering personalised, inquiry-based learning for 6–12 year olds using a Finnish-informed curriculum.
