Lead full-cycle international recruiting with emphasis on sourcing educators: intake, sourcing, structured interviews, ATS management, AI-enabled sourcing and screening, pipeline building, candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring-manager partnership to meet quality and SLA targets.

Lead group accounting and month-/year-end close across eight entities; prepare consolidated IFRS financials; own intercompany eliminations, audits, tax/VAT compliance, controls, treasury approvals, and team leadership while partnering with FP&A and product to scale financial systems and new revenue lines.

Support Educator working with Lead Educators to ensure duty of care, foster learning and well-being, plan and run engaging activities, supervise meals, naps, playground and experiential learning, support students with academic and social-emotional needs, maintain facility cleanliness, substitute for Lead Educators, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Manage day-to-day apartment operations in Annecy: oversee housekeeping and maintenance, ensure cleanliness and inventory, manage vendors and schedules, handle check-ins/outs, maintain PMP, reconcile local expenses, and support administrative and operational workflows to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Run community operations and events to ensure outstanding family experiences: manage arrivals, ticketing requests, event calendars, vendor partnerships, budgets, and NPS tracking. Provide hands-on support during turnovers, onboarding, content for internal UGC, basic accounting/expense reconciliation, and cross-team communication to improve programs and engagement.

Lead Primary Years educators deliver duty of care and experiential, inquiry-based learning for 6–12 year olds using a Finnish-inspired, multi-age curriculum. Responsibilities include planning interdisciplinary lessons, mentoring students, communicating progress to parents, applying Montessori and inquiry methods, using educational technology, leading conferences, and collaborating with colleagues to monitor growth and ensure child safety.

Lead Early and Primary Years educators provide duty of care, design and deliver experiential, inquiry-based and Montessori-informed learning, mentor students, collaborate with colleagues, communicate progress to parents, run assessments and conferences, and engage in continuous professional development within the Boundless Education program in La Barra, Uruguay.

Join Boundless Life's new Annecy Pathfinders program as a Lead Teacher or Support Educator delivering personalised, inquiry-based learning for 6–12 year olds using a Finnish-informed curriculum. Responsibilities include classroom leadership, lesson planning, small-group instruction, assessment tracking, parent communication, safeguarding, and collaboration. Roles require English fluency, local commuting, a degree, and experience working with diverse learners; special-needs expertise and French language skills are advantages.
