Lead and open the Annecy Education Centre: hire, coach, and manage educators; ensure high-quality implementation of the Boundless curriculum (project- and place-based learning); run early operations (logistics, vendors, health & safety, family communications); build partnerships and handle admissions, family escalations, and center administration.

Support Educator working with Lead Educators to ensure duty of care, foster learning and well-being, plan and run engaging activities, supervise meals, naps, playground and experiential learning, support students with academic and social-emotional needs, maintain facility cleanliness, substitute for Lead Educators, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Run community operations and events to ensure outstanding family experiences: manage arrivals, ticketing requests, event calendars, vendor partnerships, budgets, and NPS tracking. Provide hands-on support during turnovers, onboarding, content for internal UGC, basic accounting/expense reconciliation, and cross-team communication to improve programs and engagement.

Plan and run community events, onboard and support families, manage vendor partnerships and event budgets, handle guest requests and administrative bookkeeping, collect feedback and track success metrics to ensure high NPS and seamless community experiences.

Provide daily duty of care and mentored, inquiry-based learning for early years students. Support lead educators with planning and delivering activities (including occasional Spanish lessons), supervise meals, naps and playground, substitute when needed, advocate for students with learning or behavioral needs, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive educational environment.

Lead Primary Years educators deliver duty of care and experiential, inquiry-based learning for 6–12 year olds using a Finnish-inspired, multi-age curriculum. Responsibilities include planning interdisciplinary lessons, mentoring students, communicating progress to parents, applying Montessori and inquiry methods, using educational technology, leading conferences, and collaborating with colleagues to monitor growth and ensure child safety.

Provide duty of care and support teaching for early years students using experiential, inquiry-based learning. Assist lead educators with activities, supervision (nature, arts, lunch, nap, playground), classroom organization, substitutions, and supporting children with diverse learning needs. Participate in professional development and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive educational environment.

Lead and Support Educators design and deliver interdisciplinary, project-based learning for 13-14-year-olds, foster social-emotional development, mentor students, and manage classroom culture. Leads design rigorous units, formative assessment, exhibitions, and family communication (Lead). Support Educators run small-group instruction, assist lesson delivery, manage operations, and bring local culture into place-based learning. Both roles require collaboration, inclusion, and commitment to experiential education.

Lead Early and Primary Years educators provide duty of care, design and deliver experiential, inquiry-based and Montessori-informed learning, mentor students, collaborate with colleagues, communicate progress to parents, run assessments and conferences, and engage in continuous professional development within the Boundless Education program in La Barra, Uruguay.

Lead the transformation of Boundless Life's recruitment function: design scalable processes, sourcing and channel strategy, ATS and AI tooling, assessments, employer brand, and analytics. Manage two recruiters, coach hiring managers, run ~30% of searches, and build proactive educator pipelines across multiple countries to improve hire quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Join Boundless Life's new Annecy Pathfinders program as a Lead Teacher or Support Educator delivering personalised, inquiry-based learning for 6–12 year olds using a Finnish-informed curriculum. Responsibilities include classroom leadership, lesson planning, small-group instruction, assessment tracking, parent communication, safeguarding, and collaboration. Roles require English fluency, local commuting, a degree, and experience working with diverse learners; special-needs expertise and French language skills are advantages.
