Lead the Estepona Education Centre’s educator team, providing coaching, performance management, classroom observations, and professional development. Ensure consistent delivery of Boundless’s project-based and place-based curriculum, manage family relationships and escalations, oversee safeguarding and centre administration, and support ECAs, field trips, admissions, and summer camp cohorts. Partner with the General Manager and global education teams to maintain educational quality, strengthen team performance, and improve the family experience.

Provide remote helpdesk support for a distributed team across 30 countries, resolving hardware, software, account, access, network, and connectivity issues. Manage device lifecycles, SaaS administration, MDM, identity and access, security hygiene, vendor relationships, assets, licenses, documentation, and destination technology infrastructure. Coordinate with local teams and providers, support new-site launches, maintain service levels, and travel occasionally for major issues or upgrades.

Lead the Kamakura Education Centre by coaching educators, ensuring curriculum quality, managing safeguarding and child protection, supporting families, and overseeing daily centre operations. Responsibilities include staff administration, classroom observations, feedback and development plans, family communications, field trips, extracurricular activities, health and safety, logistics, events, systems, local partnerships, and compliance. Success depends on building trust, maintaining high educational and safeguarding standards, and improving team engagement and family satisfaction.

Lead and open the Annecy Education Centre: hire, coach, and manage educators; ensure high-quality implementation of the Boundless curriculum (project- and place-based learning); run early operations (logistics, vendors, health & safety, family communications); build partnerships and handle admissions, family escalations, and center administration.
