Lead and open the Annecy Education Centre: hire, coach, and manage educators; ensure high-quality implementation of the Boundless curriculum (project- and place-based learning); run early operations (logistics, vendors, health & safety, family communications); build partnerships and handle admissions, family escalations, and center administration.

Support Educators assist Lead Educators in delivering experiential, inquiry-based learning for early and primary students. Responsibilities include ensuring duty of care, supervising activities (nature, arts, cooking), supporting Spanish lessons if needed, assisting with meals and playground supervision, substituting for leads, contributing to lesson planning, advocating for learners with additional needs, and participating in professional development.

Lead full-cycle international recruiting with emphasis on sourcing educators: intake, sourcing, structured interviews, ATS management, AI-enabled sourcing and screening, pipeline building, candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring-manager partnership to meet quality and SLA targets.
