Design consumer-facing web and mobile experiences from discovery through polished UI. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis; interpret quantitative and qualitative data; contribute to Bounce’s design system; collaborate with product managers and engineers; and present design decisions clearly. The Market Launcher will sign businesses onto Bounce's platform, focusing on inside and outside sales activities in the Italian market, handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding partners.

Lead Demand growth by owning Acquisition and Conversion pods, driving SEO, paid discovery, CRO and experimentation. Build scalable landing pages, geospatial discovery, checkout optimization, and data-driven experiments with engineering, design, and marketing to increase conversion, traffic quality, and GMV.

Build and maintain Bounce's consumer and partner-facing products across backend and frontend. Own features end-to-end, write high-quality web and mobile code, design APIs, implement tests, improve architecture, and collaborate globally. Work with Elixir, React/Next, React Native/Expo, and TypeScript, and leverage CI/CD and AI tools to ship production-ready solutions.
