Build and maintain full-stack features across Bounce’s mobile and web applications, including consumer apps, growth systems, and partner tools. Own projects from concept through production, collaborate with global teams, write maintainable and testable code, improve architecture, support production systems, and contribute to product innovation. Use Elixir, React Native, Expo, React, Next.js, and TypeScript while applying CI/CD practices and AI tools to improve productivity.

Build and scale growth-focused systems and product experiences across web, mobile, and backend platforms. Own features from concept through production, improve acquisition and conversion funnels, run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and collaborate with Product and Design. Develop maintainable, testable code using technologies including Elixir, React Native, Expo, React, Next.js, and TypeScript while supporting CI/CD and production operations.

Build and iterate on customer-facing web and mobile products across the full stack. Own features from concept through production, including onboarding, booking, and post-booking flows. Collaborate with Product and Design, validate new ventures, write maintainable and testable code, improve architecture, and contribute to rapid experimentation cycles using Elixir, React Native, React, NextJS, and TypeScript.

Build and maintain Bounce’s marketplace products across web, mobile, and backend systems. Own features end to end, improve customer and partner journeys, support marketplace health, address operational issues, and strengthen platform reliability. Collaborate with Supply, Partner Success, and Customer Support teams while contributing to consumer apps, growth systems, and partner tools. Work in fast-paced cycles and participate in production support, testing, architecture improvements, and technology experimentation.

Design consumer-facing web and mobile experiences from discovery through polished UI. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis; interpret quantitative and qualitative data; contribute to Bounce’s design system; collaborate with product managers and engineers; and present design decisions clearly. The role emphasizes user-centered thinking, attention to detail, experimentation, and growth through feedback.

The Market Launcher will sign businesses onto Bounce's platform, focusing on inside and outside sales activities in the Italian market, handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding partners.

Lead Demand growth by owning Acquisition and Conversion pods, driving SEO, paid discovery, CRO and experimentation. Build scalable landing pages, geospatial discovery, checkout optimization, and data-driven experiments with engineering, design, and marketing to increase conversion, traffic quality, and GMV.
