Manage payroll accounting, multi-state payroll tax compliance, revenue recognition (ASC 606), grant accounting, and co-own the general ledger and month-end close. Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, financial reports, support audits, and drive process improvements.

Lead and optimize end-to-end revenue cycle operations including charge capture, coding, claims, payment posting, denials, collections, and revenue integrity. Drive KPI setting, analytics, compliance, vendor partnerships, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize cash collections and support financial reporting.

Lead day-to-day communications including media relations, awards and speaking opportunities, LinkedIn content and brand visibility, and internal communications (All Hands, COO newsletter). Manage press inquiries, draft announcements, maintain calendars, and support executive prep. Operate within strategic direction with strong execution, systems, and cross-functional coordination.

Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare, community, and reentry organizations to drive patient enrollment. Conduct outreach, present materials, track outreach effectiveness and enrollment metrics, coordinate with internal teams, document activities, and create regional plans to expand services.
