Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare, community, and reentry organizations to drive patient enrollment. Conduct outreach, present materials, track outreach effectiveness and enrollment metrics, coordinate with internal teams, document activities, and create regional plans to expand services.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, G&A, product, and engineering roles. Partner with hiring leaders on strategy, build pipelines, manage multiple searches, improve recruiting operations, create reporting and dashboards, and deliver an excellent candidate experience in a fast-growing startup.

Lead payer strategy and operations for value-based contracting, building TCOC and risk models, converting clinical and financial data into commercial narratives, owning Salesforce-driven revenue operations, and delivering reporting and sales enablement to drive growth and executive decision-making.

Lead end-to-end payer sales and contracting to secure value-based care and pay-for-performance agreements. Negotiate terms and rates, build data-driven value propositions and pipelines, transition FFS partners to risk-sharing models, and collaborate with operations to ensure implementation and contract performance. Represent Boulder Care externally at industry events.
