Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, community agencies, treatment facilities, correctional facilities, and referral partners. Conduct regional outreach, presentations, events, and education to grow enrollment and referrals. Track outreach effectiveness, meet productivity targets, document activities, coordinate cross-regional projects, and develop statewide plans with clinical and leadership teams. The role requires autonomous work, frequent community travel, and administrative work from a home office.

Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, production-grade dbt models, BigQuery schemas, Fivetran integrations, and Looker semantic layers. Partner with clinical, operations, finance, and growth teams to translate business questions into analytics projects focused on acquisition, attribution, conversion, and funnel performance. Establish data quality, governance, documentation, testing, and version-control practices while mentoring analysts and supporting secure, compliant data use.

Build and manage referral partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, correctional and reentry systems, and treatment facilities across Ohio. Conduct frequent community outreach, presentations, and networking; identify referral opportunities; drive enrollment growth; track outreach and referral data in a CRM; document activities; and develop regional outreach plans. The role is primarily field-based with up to four community days weekly and requires independent territory management, regular travel, reliable transportation, and occasional evening or weekend work.
