Designs, builds, and manages cloud-based data systems, including pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, databases, and ETL processes. Develops optimized Python and SQL queries, improves workflow performance, and supports data movement between on-premises and cloud environments. Collaborates with leadership, analysts, research teams, and other departments to define requirements and reporting needs. Applies data governance, access controls, security, compliance, troubleshooting, and system support practices.

Entry-level registered nurses join Boston Medical Center’s Operating Room Nurse Transition Residency. The program includes nursing orientation, perioperative coursework, online learning, classroom instruction, simulation labs, hands-on skills training, and clinical preceptorship. Participants prepare for AORN certification and must commit to two years in the operating room after orientation. Nurses must hold Massachusetts RN licensure and current BLS certification, with a diploma, ASN, or BSN; BSN completion within four years is required.

Entry-level registered nurses join a structured operating room transition residency featuring nursing orientation, Perioperative 101 coursework, online learning, classroom instruction, hands-on skills, simulation labs, clinical preceptorship, and AORN certification preparation. Participants work a rotating four-day, ten-hour schedule during orientation and commit to two years in the new practice area after completion. Permanent shifts are assigned based on orientation length and departmental needs.
