The Director, HRIS leads HR technology strategy, Workday optimization, UKG oversight, governance, integrations, process standardization, and enterprise HRIS transformation. The role manages an eleven-person team, oversees a portfolio of HR technology projects, drives change management and user adoption, ensures data integrity and compliance, and partners with HR, Finance, Operations, and enterprise technology stakeholders.

Provides strategic and tactical HR partnership to a physician organization, advising leaders on organizational development, employee relations, staffing, compensation, engagement, change management, restructuring, and talent strategy. Coordinates with HR functions, supports employment-law compliance, manages enterprise HR programs, and develops solutions aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong consultation, communication, influence, project management, and conflict-resolution skills.

Manages Department of Medicine projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedules, budgets, team coordination, risk management, reporting, and post-implementation reviews. Collects, validates, analyzes, and visualizes data from clinical, research, and administrative systems. Provides administrative support to department leadership and maintains the research website.
