Maintain sanitary conditions in dietary areas, assist with food preparation, service, storage, and occasional catering. Follow safe food-handling procedures and written/oral instructions while providing courteous customer service.

Provides front-desk and clerical support for the IMCU, coordinating patient communications, scheduling, medical record maintenance, supplies, and unit logistics. Greets visitors, answers calls, manages electronic systems, assists admissions/discharges, and supports clinical staff to ensure smooth unit operations and patient service.

Provide clerical and front-desk support on an inpatient unit: greet and direct patients/visitors, answer phones, manage scheduling and admissions/discharges, perform data entry in hospital systems, maintain records and supplies, coordinate with clinical teams and other departments, troubleshoot basic office equipment, and support unit communication and downtime procedures.
