Teams at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program

Serve as primary HR Business Partner for assigned departments, advising managers on employee and labor relations, performance management, investigations, workforce planning, and talent development. Lead labor relations activities including collective bargaining support, grievance/arbitration handling, contract administration, and labor-management training. Analyze workforce metrics, support organizational initiatives, and ensure consistent application of CBAs and policies to sustain a high-performance workforce.

Provide full-time primary, episodic, and recuperative care to people experiencing homelessness across outpatient sites and a medical respite program; coordinate referrals and continuity of care; participate in teaching, quality assurance, collaborative agreements, on-call and holiday coverage, and follow-up of lab results.
