Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program Benefits Overview

Serves as the HR partner for assigned departments, advising managers and employees on employee relations, investigations, labor relations, performance management, staffing, onboarding, compensation, benefits, compliance, accommodations, workers’ compensation, and safety. The role supports union grievance processes, maintains HR records and HRIS processes, conducts exit interviews, develops HR solutions, and ensures compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.

Leads operations and strategy for a mobile addiction care program while providing field-based nursing care. Responsibilities include team leadership, staffing, safety, compliance, supplies, vehicle coordination, quality improvement, grant reporting, community partnerships, and clinical services for people experiencing homelessness and substance use disorders. The role provides preventive, urgent, wound, sexual health, and medication-related care across mobile and outpatient settings, with occasional driving of the mobile unit.

Provides phone, remote, and in-person technical support across multiple healthcare locations. Troubleshoots hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, IP phones, networks, and operating systems; prepares and deploys equipment; manages support tickets and asset records; assists with account administration; supports technology implementations; and participates in an evening and weekend on-call rotation.
