Owns architecture, processes, design reviews, mentoring, and ensures real-time performance, reliability, and smooth transition from R&D to production for robotics, maritime, and autonomous platforms.

Lead architecture and hands-on development for digital products, write and integrate code (up to 50% hands-on), create deployment plans, support demos and field trials (30% travel), transition prototypes to production, and mentor engineers.

Lead and execute Boston Engineering’s end-to-end marketing as the sole marketing professional: develop strategy, own brand and messaging, run demand-generation and digital programs, manage website/CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), coordinate vendors and events, produce technical content and sales enablement, and track marketing KPIs to drive qualified opportunities and support sales.

Develop embedded software and firmware in C and C++ for robotics, autonomous systems, medical devices, defense technologies, and commercial products. Integrate sensors, actuators, communication interfaces, microcontrollers, RTOS platforms, and embedded Linux. Debug software and hardware on custom prototypes, implement requirements, write automated tests, support build and integration workflows, and collaborate across engineering disciplines throughout product development.

Lead hands-on mechanical design from concept through prototype, validation, and production transition. Perform CAD, analysis, prototyping, testing, and design verification. Provide technical and project leadership, mentor junior engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engage customers, drive risk mitigation, and support proposal and scoping activities.

Design and develop high-precision electromechanical products from concept through production. Build and test prototypes, apply motion systems and controls expertise, create CAD models and documentation (Creo/SolidWorks), perform engineering analyses, apply DFM/DFA, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support proposals and customer engagements.

Lead mechanical design and development from concept through production for high-precision electromechanical and marine products. Build and test prototypes, apply motion systems and controls, produce CAD models in Creo/SolidWorks, perform engineering analyses, implement DFM/DFA, support proposals, and ensure QMS compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
