Leads hands-on embedded firmware development, including RTOS-based coding, device drivers, communication stacks, hardware bring-up, board-level debugging, systems architecture, integration, production support, technical reviews, process improvement, and mentoring. Collaborates with electrical and mechanical teams to develop robotics, autonomous, defense, medical, and industrial systems.

Leads hands-on embedded firmware development, architecture, debugging, hardware integration, driver and communication-stack development. Designs RTOS-based systems, reviews schematics and PCB layouts, supports manufacturing, resolves system-level issues, leads technical reviews, improves engineering processes, and mentors firmware engineers. The role requires close collaboration across electrical, mechanical, systems, and software teams in product development environments.

Develop embedded software and firmware in C and C++ for robotics, autonomous systems, medical devices, defense, and commercial products. Integrate sensors, actuators, communication interfaces, microcontrollers, RTOS platforms, and embedded Linux. Debug software on custom hardware, implement requirements, create automated tests, and support build and integration workflows. Collaborate across engineering disciplines on architecture, prototypes, system integration, code reviews, documentation, and product development.
