Field-based sales role responsible for developing new accounts and maintaining existing retail and on-premise accounts across Greater Sacramento. Sell the full product portfolio, increase product visibility through displays and promotions, partner with distributors, conduct staff trainings and tastings, and regularly travel within the territory. Weekend/evening work and lifting product required.

Support brewery production across cellar, filtration, and packaging. Clean and sanitize tanks and equipment, collect and enter production and inventory records, filter and package beer, assist with grain milling and raw material prep, transport kegs between locations, follow GMPs and safety procedures, and support events and special projects in a wet, noisy environment with a flexible schedule.

Partner with Procurement to deliver financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting for direct materials and commodity purchasing. Support supplier negotiations, cost-saving initiatives, PPV and variance analyses, market/commodity risk monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize sourcing decisions and financial outcomes.
