Lead procurement for major wind projects, including market analysis, supplier prequalification, RFI/RFP development, commercial evaluations, contract negotiations, governance approvals, supplier performance, logistics planning, dispute resolution, and CSR initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, development, project management, finance, and other teams across the full project lifecycle. The role manages complex, high-value contracts in a multi-project environment and requires occasional North American and international travel.

Supports Boralex’s corporate FP&A team by updating and improving financial models, consolidating assumptions, performing quality controls, analyzing variances, preparing valuations and scenarios, and communicating findings to finance leaders, business units, and shareholders. The role requires strong Excel and financial modeling skills, financial statement knowledge, analytical rigor, and French-English proficiency. Experience with renewable energy, infrastructure, DCF, valuation, debt, or portfolio models is advantageous.

The Senior Tax Analyst manages Canadian tax compliance and tax accounting, including quarterly and annual provisions, current and deferred tax analysis, corporate and partnership returns, tax calculations, projections, and clean technology tax credits. The role supports tax audits, risk documentation, internal business teams, tax research, process improvements, and corporate projects involving development, financing, investments, and restructuring.
