Oversees YMCA healthy living and fitness programs, including group exercise, personal training, wellness challenges, orientations, and classes. Manages daily department operations, budgets, payroll, equipment, attendance, promotions, and facility safety. Recruits, trains, schedules, and evaluates fitness instructors while supporting staff development and member engagement. Builds relationships with participants, staff, and community partners, promotes YMCA services, and ensures compliance with safety, licensing, and service standards.
