Directs the YMCA’s Reach & Rise therapeutic youth mentoring program, providing clinical oversight, CBT-informed support, assessments, case management, crisis intervention, and mandated reporting. Recruits and trains volunteer mentors, supports youth and families, builds community partnerships, manages grant compliance and budgets, and maintains program data and case records. Requires a master’s degree in a mental health field, experience with at-risk youth, and expertise in CBT and trauma-informed care.

Oversees YMCA healthy living and fitness programs, including group exercise, personal training, wellness challenges, orientations, and classes. Manages daily department operations, budgets, payroll, equipment, attendance, promotions, and facility safety. Recruits, trains, schedules, and evaluates fitness instructors while supporting staff development and member engagement. Builds relationships with participants, staff, and community partners, promotes YMCA services, and ensures compliance with safety, licensing, and service standards.

The Assistant to the Aquatics Director supports YMCA initiatives by leading programs, promoting healthy living, training staff, and ensuring safety in aquatics.
