Sell Boom's products to property management operators across multifamily, single-family, and manufactured housing. Maintain CRM forecasting and pipeline hygiene, attend industry conferences, navigate complex buying committees, and partner with BDRs, Product, Marketing, and CSMs to drive growth and successful handoffs.

Own Boom’s outbound and inbound sales development motion targeting property managers, operators, and ownership groups. Generate qualified meetings through prospecting, account segmentation, messaging tests, multi-threading, events, and lead qualification. Maintain CRM data quality, provide thorough AE handoffs, and mentor newer BDRs while helping develop onboarding processes.

Own end-to-end product design for BoomScreen web and mobile experiences, including applicant screening flows and property manager tools. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma; collaborate closely with product and engineering from concept through implementation; incorporate stakeholder feedback; and contribute to Boom’s design system and component library. The role requires strong communication, comfort with ambiguity, and hands-on follow-through in a fast-moving Austin startup.

Build and maintain user-facing products and backend systems across Boom’s rental financial services platform. Responsibilities include backend architecture, scalability, production ownership, observability, on-call support, incident debugging, third-party integrations, testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Engineers may work on tenant screening, rent reporting, CRM, platform services, or production AI and agent systems.

Lead a product engineering team of 4–8 engineers while remaining hands-on in the code. Own planning, prioritization, delivery, architecture, design and code reviews, on-call, incident response, and performance management. Develop engineers through feedback and career coaching, lead hiring, and represent engineering to stakeholders.
