Owns Boom’s partner network and referral program while developing additional growth channels for acquiring property management customers. Responsibilities include partner relationship management, enablement materials, referral tracking and payouts, co-marketing campaigns, industry association engagement, channel experimentation, lead attribution, and pipeline reporting. The role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to measure channel performance and scale effective programs.

Own accounting operations, monthly close, reconciliations, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and audit readiness. Manage the general ledger, expense and card programs, and accounting systems while building AI-driven A/R, A/P, reconciliation, and workflow automations. Partner with the CFO on systems, integrations, FP&A infrastructure, and scalable finance processes as the company grows.

Leads go-to-market initiatives across sales, marketing, customer success, product, and operations. Responsibilities include evaluating new markets and verticals, launching distribution channels, onboarding complex clients, creating scalable playbooks and SOPs, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and using analytics to guide strategic decisions. The role requires hands-on execution, strong communication, analytical thinking, and comfort operating in ambiguous startup environments.
