Designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates employee training programs. Conducts needs assessments, creates curricula and training materials, facilitates workshops and webinars, administers the LMS, analyzes learning outcomes, supports learners, and manages external training vendors. The role promotes continuous learning and adapts training to organizational needs.

Manage and maintain CRM, booking, and internal backend systems; troubleshoot issues; monitor performance; manage data and reporting; improve processes and automate workflows; support internal users through training and technical assistance; and oversee technology vendors, service levels, and costs.

Supports recruitment, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, benefits administration, payroll tasks, employee relations, engagement initiatives, training coordination, and HR projects. The intern gains exposure to the full employee lifecycle while maintaining confidentiality, data accuracy, and effective communication in a fast-paced travel agency environment.
