Define roadmaps, optimize shipping SLAs and renewals, reduce involuntary churn, coordinate releases and SOP updates, spec granular monitoring and reports, and work closely with engineering and finance to prioritize projects and ensure a flawless customer experience.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand partnerships, events, and sponsorships. Own project plans, budgets, contracts, vendors, and on-site logistics; develop marketing and social content; pitch and evaluate opportunities; produce recaps and KPIs; and cultivate media and industry relationships to drive brand awareness and membership growth.

Provide high-visibility administrative support to the CEO including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, preparing and proofreading documents and presentations, maintaining trackers and reports, and supporting special projects. Build relationships with leadership, prioritize and vet meetings over time, and respond to urgent requests, sometimes outside normal hours. Must work in-office five days a week.
