Provide high-visibility administrative support to the CEO by managing calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing and proofreading materials, maintaining trackers and reports, building relationships with leadership, responding with urgency (including outside business hours), and supporting special projects while learning business operations in a fast-paced environment.
