Support editorial, marketing, and operations for a small literary magazine: manage story pipelines and submissions, proofread and QA digital/print proofs, maintain mailing lists and subscriber tracker, assist with website content and social media, handle customer service emails, help organize events, and provide administrative support to the Manager.

Design, build, and maintain backend features and internal tools; own end-to-end delivery, write high-quality Node.js/TypeScript code, design/version REST APIs, model relational schemas, optimize SQL and performance, build test suites, mentor engineers, and monitor production behavior.

Early-career, full-time rotational editorial role supporting editorial leadership, book selections, licensing and production, marketing initiatives (Allurial), member experience projects, data analysis, and cross-functional initiatives. Rotations last ~2 years with placement into a specialized role based on performance.
