Installs, routes, terminates, connects, and tests 12V electrical wiring harnesses, lighting systems, lightbars, controls, relays, and auxiliary equipment on truck packages. Assemble, install, route, and test hydraulic systems on new truck equipment packages. Conduct inspections, incident investigations, training, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action tracking while coaching employees and establishing 5S standards, inspection processes, and basic Lean improvements.

Manage and analyze manufacturing product costs, including material, labor, overhead, inventory valuation, and variances. Support pricing, month-end close, budgeting/forecasting, ERP cost systems, and cross-functional process improvements to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Under supervision, the role involves assembling equipment using hand and power tools, inspecting installations, and maintaining a clean workspace while adhering to safety and quality standards.
