Installs, routes, terminates, connects, and tests 12V electrical wiring harnesses, lighting systems, lightbars, controls, relays, and auxiliary equipment on truck packages. Reads schematics and work instructions, performs basic electrical testing and troubleshooting, inspects workmanship, documents installations, and maintains safe, organized work practices while meeting production expectations.

Assemble, install, route, and test hydraulic systems on new truck equipment packages. Install pumps, valves, tanks, hoses, fittings, cylinders, and related components according to schematics and work instructions. Inspect installations for leaks, troubleshoot issues, document completed work, and maintain quality and safety standards. The role requires mechanical aptitude, tool proficiency, attention to detail, safe lifting practices, and the ability to work independently in a production environment.

Lead and support plant safety, 5S, housekeeping, and continuous-improvement initiatives on the manufacturing floor. Conduct inspections, incident investigations, training, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action tracking while coaching employees and establishing 5S standards, inspection processes, and basic Lean improvements.
