The role requires auction or watch-industry expertise, strong networks, communication skills, organization, deadline management, software proficiency, and travel as needed.

Coordinates auction sale cycles for American Art and Modern Decorative Art & Design departments. Manages client property, consignment contracts, payments, stakeholder communications, property movement, shipping inquiries, bidding, clerking, and event support. Uses Auctioneer 3 as the primary auction management system while supporting Specialists and maintaining smooth day-to-day department operations.

Supports press and marketing campaigns for Paris and Brussels auctions and exhibitions. Coordinates digital, email, print, social media, editorial, photography, video, and event-related activities. Assists with press releases, media alerts, translations, image sourcing, media requests, press monitoring, database maintenance, and press events. Collaborates with global marketing, communications, events, operations, design, and external suppliers while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining brand standards.

Provides front-desk and client support for an auction house, welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, processing registrations and bids, managing client accounts and KYC documentation, handling payments, and coordinating shipping and property collection. Supports auction administration, training materials, call center queries, and ad-hoc projects. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, special events, and offsite auctions.

Owns US marketing strategy and integrated campaign execution across paid media, digital, events, communications, and brand partnerships.
