Lead the Group's technical accounting: own policy and judgement for complex, auction-specific matters; ensure general ledger integrity and period-end close across multi-entity, multi-currency books; codify retiring colleague's knowledge; standardise reconciliations and close processes; support regional teams, audits, controls, and future leadership of Global Process Owners for transactional functions.

Own monthly group consolidation for a multi-entity, multi-currency group; lead selection and implementation of a new consolidation platform; produce Group and statutory financial statements under IFRS and local standards; manage external audit coordination; improve month-end processes, reporting standards, intercompany discipline, and apply project management to audits and system cutovers.

Provide administrative support for the Appraisals Department: generate and assemble appraisal reports, enter and track data in A3, maintain work files and Excel status reports, liaise with specialists and clients, manage invoices and agreements, and assist with process improvements and special projects.
