Coordinates patient care on a medical-surgical unit, adjusts staffing and assignments, supports admissions, transfers, and discharges, and provides clinical guidance in the unit leader’s absence. Lead and manage nursing operations for Womens and Childrens services, oversee multiple units, develop and execute strategic and quality initiatives, manage budgets and staffing, mentor clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Assists in supervising and coordinating operations in the PACU, ensuring effective care delivery and supporting staff development and compliance with regulations.
