Lead and manage the college Financial Aid Office, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing aid processing (FAFSA, verification, loan certification), monitoring SAP, preparing audits, coordinating with business and student services, and supervising staff to deliver high-quality customer service.

Administer federal and institutional student aid for nursing and medical imaging students. Provide counseling, process loans and scholarships, maintain student files and data systems, manage Federal Work-Study and campus-based funds, liaise with admissions and business office, compile regulatory reports (FISAP), support audits, and ensure compliance with Title IV regulations.

Provide clinical and administrative leadership for outpatient orthopedic practice operations. Oversee clinical workflows, supplies, equipment compliance, staff onboarding, training, and performance coaching. Support patient care tasks within RN scope, assist with virtual visits, EMR/EPIC workflows, and occasional travel to other sites to meet clinical needs.
