Provides direct patient care under RN supervision through the nursing immersion program. Responsibilities include vital signs, hygiene, mobility, feeding, documentation, patient observation, reporting concerns, handoffs, delegated tasks, and infection prevention. Candidates must be enrolled in a nursing program and have completed required coursework for immersion. Recent patient care, CNA, or medical experience and EPIC training are preferred.

Assists with supervising and coordinating an endoscopy unit, leading nurses and clinical support staff while providing direct patient care as needed. Supports unit goals, regulatory readiness, staffing, quality improvement, change management, performance initiatives, and patient safety. Serves as a clinical resource, mentor, and professional role model while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote effective care delivery and staff development.

Coordinates patient care on a medical-surgical unit, adjusts staffing and assignments, supports admissions, transfers, and discharges, and provides clinical guidance in the unit leader’s absence. The role serves as a nursing resource, mentors staff, promotes patient safety and quality improvement, facilitates teamwork and conflict resolution, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery and patient experience.
