Provide executive support to 2-4 senior leaders: manage complex calendars, prepare briefing materials, coordinate travel and expenses, capture meeting notes and action items, deliver polished in-office logistics, maintain documentation and executive preference guides, and collaborate with the Executive Support team to improve processes using technology and AI tools.

Lead outbound logistics strategy and carrier relationships across Bombas' multi-node distribution network. Forecast and manage outbound shipping expenses, run carrier RFPs, optimize cost vs. speed, maintain rate-shopping and invoice audit tools, and support international shipping and DC launches. Manage 1-2 Transportation Associates and cross-functional logistics projects to improve delivery performance and cost efficiency.

Manage and prioritize creative requests across digital, offline, in-store, and product teams. Translate cross-functional needs into clear briefs, monitor timelines, allocate resources, communicate project status to stakeholders, and improve creative project processes and tools.
