The Director of Acquisition will lead media buying to achieve revenue targets, manage budgets, mentor a team, and optimize strategies for CAC:LTV.

Provide executive support to 2-4 senior leaders: manage complex calendars, prepare briefing materials, coordinate travel and expenses, capture meeting notes and action items, deliver polished in-office logistics, maintain documentation and executive preference guides, and collaborate with the Executive Support team to improve processes using technology and AI tools.

Lead day-to-day wholesale account operations, manage and develop a customer service associate, QC sales orders, maintain SKU integrity across systems, manage chargebacks, drive process improvements, own key documentation and reporting, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Retailer counterparts.

Lead Bombas' brand narrative, campaign strategy, budget management, partnerships, and content strategy. Oversee social and influencer teams, align brand with cross-functional acquisition and retail efforts, and measure brand performance to drive cultural impact and mission integration.

Lead outbound logistics strategy and carrier relationships across Bombas' multi-node distribution network. Forecast and manage outbound shipping expenses, run carrier RFPs, optimize cost vs. speed, maintain rate-shopping and invoice audit tools, and support international shipping and DC launches. Manage 1-2 Transportation Associates and cross-functional logistics projects to improve delivery performance and cost efficiency.

Lead Bombas' inbound logistics strategy and operations: manage freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PLs; forecast and reconcile multi-channel inbound shipping expenses; run RFPs and vendor reviews; optimize port-to-DC routing; maintain shipping data integrity and SOPs; support DC launches and manage 1-2 transportation associates to improve cost, transit time, and service SLAs.
