Provide transactional legal support for commercial contracts, privacy, employment, IP and corporate matters. Manage contract lifecycle and legal operations, implement AI/automation and CLM tools, oversee IP portfolio and compliance, and coordinate outside counsel and cross-functional legal advice.

Lead outbound logistics strategy and carrier relationships across Bombas' multi-node distribution network. Forecast and manage outbound shipping expenses, run carrier RFPs, optimize cost vs. speed, maintain rate-shopping and invoice audit tools, and support international shipping and DC launches. Manage 1-2 Transportation Associates and cross-functional logistics projects to improve delivery performance and cost efficiency.
