Provide executive support to 2-4 senior leaders: manage complex calendars, prepare briefing materials, coordinate travel and expenses, capture meeting notes and action items, deliver polished in-office logistics, maintain documentation and executive preference guides, and collaborate with the Executive Support team to improve processes using technology and AI tools.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for top-of-funnel discovery and acquisition surfaces (search, navigation, collections, landing pages). Drive SEO/AEO/GEO, ad-to-site routing, content systems, experimentation, and cross-functional delivery to increase first-touch to product interactions and organic acquisition.

Lead day-to-day wholesale account operations, manage and develop a customer service associate, QC sales orders, maintain SKU integrity across systems, manage chargebacks, drive process improvements, own key documentation and reporting, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Retailer counterparts.
