Responsibilities include developing relationships with electric vehicle manufacturers, identifying integration and partnership opportunities, managing the full enterprise sales lifecycle, negotiating contracts, onboarding accounts, and driving revenue. The role coordinates with product, operations, deployment, and marketing teams, tracks market trends and competitor activity, prepares forecasts and pipeline reports, manages key accounts, and represents the company at industry events. Extensive travel across South India is required.

Handle customer queries through calls, email, and chat; troubleshoot issues, provide timely resolutions, manage escalations, maintain CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and meet SLA, CSAT, response-time, resolution-time, and productivity targets. The role also involves identifying recurring issues, updating support documentation, capturing feedback, and proactively communicating with customers.

Manage GST and TDS compliance, including registrations, statutory return filing, tax payments, reconciliations, vendor compliance, notices, assessments, and reporting. Prepare GST and TDS reconciliations, MIS reports, compliance calendars, and support financial closing. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, employees, and tax authorities. Drive quality for a SaaS EV charging platform by building reliable UI and API automation, conducting performance, load, and stress testing, writing mobile and backend unit and integration tests, supporting CI/CD quality gates, and partnering with engineering and product. The role also involves AI-assisted test generation, API contract and negative-path testing, basic penetration testing, and developing knowledge of charger hardware integrations using OCPP, OCPI, and IoT telemetry.

Build and maintain Android app features using Kotlin under senior guidance. Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams; participate in Agile ceremonies; review pull requests; debug issues; monitor crashes and performance; and implement bug fixes and refactors. The role focuses on developing production-ready EV charging app functionality while learning modern Android architecture, Git workflows, and professional engineering practices.

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including customer invoicing, credit notes, GST-compliant billing, collections, aging analysis, customer ledger reconciliations, receipt allocation, dispute resolution, and balance confirmations. Prepare DSO, collections, outstanding, and MIS reports, analyze overdue accounts, recommend corrective actions, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The role requires strong accounting, O2C, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
