Drive quality for a SaaS EV charging platform by building reliable UI and API automation, conducting performance, load, and stress testing, writing mobile and backend unit and integration tests, supporting CI/CD quality gates, and partnering with engineering and product. The role also involves AI-assisted test generation, API contract and negative-path testing, basic penetration testing, and developing knowledge of charger hardware integrations using OCPP, OCPI, and IoT telemetry.

Drive regional business growth through new customer acquisition, enterprise and direct sales, FOCO expansion, and dealer, distributor, and channel partner development. Build sales pipelines, manage strategic relationships, negotiate and close deals, support charger deployments, and coordinate with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. Maintain forecasts, report performance, monitor market trends, and provide market intelligence. Extensive travel across assigned locations is required.

Build and maintain Android app features using Kotlin under senior guidance. Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams; participate in Agile ceremonies; review pull requests; debug issues; monitor crashes and performance; and implement bug fixes and refactors. The role focuses on developing production-ready EV charging app functionality while learning modern Android architecture, Git workflows, and professional engineering practices.
