Lead and build BOLT FARM's social-first media engine focused on Instagram. Own strategy, production systems, creative standards, repurposing, performance reporting, and founder-led content. Direct videography/editing workflows, scale high-performing formats, use AI to improve speed and ideation, and align media with brand and demand.

Build internal tools, automations, and AI-assisted systems to reduce operational friction. Develop full-stack features in JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks like Next.js and Postgres, use AI-native developer tools, debug locally and in production, and move solutions through deployment and production-readiness. Work closely with business users to prototype, iterate, and ship practical internal software that connects workflows and reduces manual work.

Partner with the Sr. Director to streamline on-site operations: observe frontline work, convert observations into SOPs/checklists, run daily and weekly operating rhythms, integrate PMS/BoltOS/AI tools, coach supervisors, eliminate recurring guest friction, and embed processes into the custom OS to improve reliability and reduce escalations.
