Own and build the accounting foundation for a growing multi-entity hospitality brand: general ledger, month- and year-end close, reconciliations, multi-entity consolidation, cash-flow forecasting, compliance, controls, budgeting, reporting, automation, and partnering with leadership, banks, and advisors to enable scalable finance operations.

Serve as a high-trust, cross-functional operator resolving employee issues, vendor disputes, compliance gaps, contracts, and finance edge cases. Own onboarding/offboarding, coordinate outside counsel, document decisions, create policies and SOPs, and protect leadership time. Drive permanent solutions and recover or protect $150K–$300K+ annually through negotiations and system improvements.

High-trust House Manager / Personal Assistant responsible for household operations, inventory, vendor coordination, errands, occasional childcare and driving, travel and event support, gifting and party planning. Ensures a calm, organized home, partners with nanny and executive assistant, and supports founders’ schedules to protect their time and productivity.
