Design and own production-grade AI and automation architecture across operations, guest experience, finance, and content. Build agent pipelines and multi-step workflows, evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, establish technical standards, quantify ROI, and mentor automation team members. The role requires at least three years of production automation or AI pipeline experience, proficiency with multiple AI and automation tools, and a portfolio of deployed architectures. It is hybrid, with on-site deployment periods in Whitwell, Tennessee.

Leads the strike team’s cross-functional project queue, prioritizing initiatives, staffing resources, driving projects from scoping through handoff, removing blockers, and codifying lessons into SOPs. Partners directly with the Founder, mentors project staff, and owns KPIs including completion rate, queue velocity, cross-functional impact, and handoff quality.

Serve as a high-trust, cross-functional operator resolving employee issues, vendor disputes, compliance gaps, contracts, and finance edge cases. Own onboarding/offboarding, coordinate outside counsel, document decisions, create policies and SOPs, and protect leadership time. Drive permanent solutions and recover or protect $150K–$300K+ annually through negotiations and system improvements.
