The role also manages data quality, governance, documentation, technical troubleshooting, and executive-level analytics to support compliance, reimbursement, and strategic decision-making.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for IT services and infrastructure supporting behavioral health, housing, clinical, and administrative operations. Evaluates information needs, develops action plans, leads technology projects, maintains enterprise systems, manages cybersecurity and vendors, and partners with centralized IT teams.
