Coordinates agency staff training, including mandatory onboarding, skills development, self-directed learning, regulatory compliance, attendance tracking, training databases, catalogs, and training websites. Designs and facilitates customized programs, evaluates training quality, and sources internal and external subject-matter experts. Provides mentoring and recovery support to individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges. Assists with life skills, treatment-plan activities, symptom management, relapse prevention, community-resource access, work readiness, documentation, and transportation training. Maintains regular consumer contact, communicates needs to the treatment team, reports incidents, and transports consumers using public transportation or a personal vehicle.

Supports the TIEH program through referral, admission, discharge, and client data coordination. Maintains community resource databases, calendars, documentation, and program records. Assists with reports, presentations, financial documentation, meetings, scheduling, and referral inquiries while supporting program leadership and maintaining knowledge of mental health, housing resources, treatment procedures, and applicable regulations.
