Lead AI-enhanced mobile and web projects through discovery, planning, Agile execution, release, and retrospectives. Define scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables; coordinate engineering, design, QA, and product teams; manage risks and blockers; run Scrum or Kanban ceremonies; maintain project documentation; and communicate progress to US-based stakeholders. The role also drives process improvements and delivery predictability across distributed teams.

Build and ship cross-platform mobile applications from specification through app-store release. Own architecture, release pipelines, backend integrations, authentication, offline caching, notifications, native platform bridges, security rules, performance, and real-device testing. Use coding agents extensively while reviewing generated code carefully. Collaborate directly with product owners and designers, diagnose production failures, manage store submissions, and deliver reliable apps using Flutter, React Native, Supabase, and Firebase.

Own fractional people operations for a distributed international team. Responsibilities include multi-country payroll, contractor classification and tax documentation, recruiting pipeline management, onboarding and offboarding systems, access management, PTO tracking, SOPs, offer templates, and policy documentation. The role requires independently building scalable HR processes, using automation and AI to reduce recurring work, and coordinating across US, Central Asian, Georgian, and Latin American time zones.
