Own QA for Shopify themes, storefronts, checkout flows, discounts, apps, and merchant content from staging through launch. Design test passes, identify and document bugs, perform regression testing, assess launch risks, and collaborate with developers and PMs on go/no-go decisions. The role supports multiple client engagements, uses AI-assisted testing workflows, and requires clear communication during launch windows.

Manage multiple Shopify store build, theme development, maintenance, and launch projects for agency clients. Own client communication, scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs while coordinating developers, designers, and QA. Translate merchant goals into shippable work, maintain accurate tickets and documentation, support launches, and use AI tools to accelerate planning and communication. Requires Shopify delivery expertise, client-facing leadership, strong English, project-management tool proficiency, and overlap with US Eastern Time.

Build and maintain production Shopify themes, storefronts, and custom apps for multiple client engagements. Develop Liquid sections, templates, and theme architecture; implement Checkout Extensibility, Shopify Functions, and modern app surfaces; and collaborate with clients, designers, and PMs on scope, performance, SEO, analytics, and launches. The role requires client-facing judgment, strong production quality habits, AI-assisted development with careful review, clear handoffs, and availability for US-hours overlap.
