The Director of Client Strategy and Services leads holistic marketing strategies, focusing on marketing automation and customer experiences. This role emphasizes collaboration, client relationship management, and strategic storytelling across digital platforms.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of digital projects and retainers across channels. Define scope, budgets, and resource plans; create and drive project timelines; manage deliverables and stakeholder communications; facilitate team meetings; remove roadblocks; support client interactions; and promote professional development and agency culture. Work spans multi-channel marketing campaigns, front-end site efforts, email, content management, SEO, and analytics.

Lead client-facing discovery and backlog strategy for marketing technology solutions. Translate client needs into epics, features, and user stories, manage prioritization, facilitate Agile ceremonies, author technical documentation, and ensure delivery readiness and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Serve as Bold Orange's Snowflake presales and platform SME, driving solution design, partner co-selling, technical demos/POCs, and conceptual architectures that connect Snowflake capabilities to marketing and CX outcomes while enabling internal teams and partner programs.

Design, build, and maintain Snowflake data models, warehouses, and ELT/ETL pipelines; develop backend services in Python and C#; manage CI/CD and deployments; troubleshoot production issues; collaborate with clients and mentor junior engineers.

The Program Manager leads client delivery excellence in project management, overseeing financial health, staffing needs, operational consistency, and team growth within a portfolio of businesses.

Lead end-to-end marketing and customer analytics: provision and clean data, explore and model (clustering, forecasting, driver models), build ML models and experiments, create dashboards and visualizations, present recommendations to clients, document data architecture, and mentor junior analysts.
