Responsibilities include payroll processing, tax filings, reconciliations, benefits and leave administration, vendor coordination, compliance reporting, HRIS data management, employee support, audits, and process improvement. The role partners closely with Finance, HR leadership, brokers, and payroll providers while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Develops and leads omnichannel paid media strategies across search, social, display, remarketing, programmatic, print, OOH, and broadcast channels. Manages campaign execution, budgets, optimization, testing, attribution, and reporting while advising clients on data-driven recommendations. Partners with internal teams and clients, presents strategic insights, mentors junior staff, and identifies emerging media channels and tools.
