Troubleshoot production issues across multiple client projects, document architecture, collaborate with stakeholders, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Guide creative teams, direct photo and video shoots, present work to clients, establish design standards, and collaborate with strategists, copywriters, developers, and client services. Contribute individually while mentoring teams and managing projects from concept through execution.
