Hunter-style business development role focused on sourcing, qualifying, and closing net-new ISV and channel partner relationships. Manage full sales lifecycle, coach a BDR, maintain Salesforce pipeline, execute contracts, ensure partner onboarding and first-MID activation, and meet activation, MID growth, and processing volume targets.

Serve as primary contact for funding holds, ACH rejections, and transaction exceptions. Lead QA strategy and processes across multiple teams: define automation standards, drive shift-left testing, reduce cross-team friction, mentor QA engineers, establish tooling and coverage, and eliminate systemic quality issues to improve delivery and reduce regressions.

Lead QA efforts for the Tonic POS platform by defining test strategies, building and maintaining automated test suites (UI, API, integration, performance), influencing Product and Engineering early for testability, mentoring junior QA engineers, and driving down production bugs through comprehensive testing and risk analysis.
