Manage full sales lifecycle, coach a BDR, maintain Salesforce pipeline, execute contracts, ensure partner onboarding and first-MID activation, and meet activation, MID growth, and processing volume targets.

Serve as primary contact for funding holds, ACH rejections, and transaction exceptions. Collect banking documentation, monitor proprietary systems, resolve risk reviews, reconcile funds, enforce processor/card policies, educate partners, and coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to release funds and mitigate losses.
