Lead and grow a distributed SDET/quality engineering team to define automation strategy, testing frameworks, and quality practices. Design and build greenfield backend payment services using Java/Spring Boot. Implement high-throughput, low-latency APIs (REST/gRPC), event-driven flows, PCI DSS compliant handling, observability, CI/CD and containerized deployments. Contribute React UI for tooling, integrate FX/treasury data where needed, and apply LLM/agentic features into production workflows.
