Lead global settlements and payments operations, drive automation and process improvements, partner with Product/Engineering/Finance/Treasury/Compliance, support new payment methods and market launches, manage reconciliations and operational readiness, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to reduce risk and scale operations.

Own and grow strategic merchant portfolios to hit revenue targets; act as primary merchant contact; develop and execute account and growth strategies; lead QBRs; coordinate cross-functional teams; maintain merchant documentation and influence product and payments roadmap.

Drive the sales strategy for enterprise opportunities, managing complex sales cycles and leading negotiations with stakeholders to close deals.
