Partner with APAC leaders to align people strategy with business objectives. Advise on organisational effectiveness, leadership, performance, engagement, talent management, succession planning, organisational design, transformation and change. Use people analytics to provide insights, influence senior stakeholders and improve business performance. Support a consistent global employee experience while adapting initiatives to regional needs across geographically distributed teams.

Designs, builds, and maintains global Azure infrastructure using Terraform and automation. Manages Entra ID, networking, firewalls, privileged access, Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, and endpoint tools including Intune and Kandji. Develops Python, PowerShell, and Power Platform automations, explores AI-driven infrastructure operations, supports compliance, and provides senior technical leadership, troubleshooting, documentation, and change control.

Support the design, build, maintenance, and automation of Boku’s Azure-based enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities include Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform, identity and access management, networking and firewall administration, PAM, Power Platform automation, Python and PowerShell scripting, endpoint management with Intune and Kandji, SaaS administration, compliance hardening, documentation, and change control. The role also contributes to AI-driven operational tooling while collaborating with senior infrastructure engineers and cross-functional teams.
