Manage accounts receivable and payable, process and monitor client payments, collate invoices, generate cash flow and finance reports, review monthly reports and sales allocations, follow up on overdue accounts, liaise with US and third-party accounting, and support contract and cost management for circuits and third-party providers.

Lead development of high-quality RFI/RFP/proposal responses: craft persuasive content in company voice, coordinate cross-functional inputs, manage timelines and proposal logistics, use AI and proposal tools to increase efficiency, track KPIs, and maintain content libraries to improve win rates.

Lead architecture, deployment, and optimization of global production, staging, QA, beta, and dev systems. Design and scale Kubernetes clusters, automate infrastructure with Ansible and Terraform, manage virtualization (VMware), oversee datacenter physical operations, mentor engineers, enforce governance, implement monitoring, and participate in 24x7 on-call support.
