Monitors and maintains global network and server infrastructure, responds to alerts and incidents, diagnoses network outages, manages trouble tickets, documents resolutions, and escalates issues to meet service-level and uptime targets. The role supports provisioning and authentication infrastructure and requires hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Linux, network protocols, Cisco equipment, monitoring, diagnostics, and basic scripting.

Lead end-to-end DAS projects from design and construction through testing, launch, and O&M. Coordinate with carriers, host agencies, GCs, contractors, and vendors; prepare project plans, manage field teams, oversee acceptance testing, and establish maintenance plans to ensure contract compliance and successful system deployments.

Lead national sales strategy and a high-performing team to sell DAS and ERRCS solutions. Build customer relationships, manage pipeline, forecasts, and budgets, collaborate cross-functionally, and pursue market growth while traveling to coach the team and meet clients.
