The Chief Digital Officer will lead global digital and ecommerce strategy across BAA’s multi-brand portfolio. Responsibilities include growing ecommerce, marketplaces, CRM, personalization, loyalty, analytics, merchandising, and a new direct-to-consumer business. The role owns the digital experience, technology roadmap, channel strategy, operating model, and cross-functional alignment with sales, supply chain, finance, marketing, and operations. The leader will also manage senior digital and product teams, improve performance, integrate international assets, and drive profitable growth across US, EU, and UK markets.

Leads strategy, growth, profitability, innovation, and lifecycle management for body jewelry and piercing product portfolios. Owns category roadmaps, assortment optimization, pricing, SKU rationalization, market intelligence, product development, and commercialization. Collaborates with product development, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, ecommerce, sales, finance, and vendors. Analyzes customer insights, competitive activity, sales, profitability, inventory, and launch performance while ensuring products meet applicable industry standards.

Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-tolerance parts. Interpret blueprints/CAD, write and optimize G-code/M-code, monitor machining, perform quality inspections, and meet production targets while following safety procedures.

Lead and manage U.S. distribution operations, overseeing receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and related processes. Build and coach operations teams, drive continuous improvement (Lean/5S/Six Sigma), optimize warehouse layout and productivity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure high service, accuracy, and on-time shipments.

Optimize and maintain manufacturing workflows and equipment for CNC, laser, and assembly operations; analyze production data, reduce scrap and cost, implement lean/Six Sigma improvements, train staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

Produce high-quality, precision body jewelry by operating tools and equipment, performing deburring and quality inspections, following packaging/labeling and ERP procedures, maintaining clean workstations, conducting inventory, and cross-training to support production goals and continuous improvement.
