Lead product design for an AI-powered finance employee. Own the end-to-end experience across onboarding, daily workflows, approvals, payments, exceptions, financial controls, and conversational interactions. Conduct user research, create prototypes, ship alongside engineering, establish the design system and quality bar across web and mobile, and shape the product’s visual expression. This hands-on founding design role reports to the founder and may eventually build a design team.
