Assist automotive sales staff by greeting customers, presenting vehicles and technology, completing DMV, accounting, banking, delivery, and reconditioning paperwork, and managing vehicle inventory. The role provides entry-level training with the goal of advancing into new or used vehicle sales. Requires dependable teamwork, clear communication, customer-service focus, willingness to learn, and availability on Saturdays and some evenings.

Assist customers with leasing or purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles. Determine customer needs, explain vehicle features and financing options, conduct test drives, prepare quotes, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective and existing customers. Build strong customer relationships, meet sales goals, negotiate effectively, and provide an excellent buying experience.

Perform accounts payable/receivable, calculate department payroll, post journal entries, support month-end close and financial reporting, post collision repair orders, communicate with managers, and perform general office duties.
