Coordinates admissions, discharges, insurance communication, referrals, caregiver education, equipment, rehabilitation, and psychosocial support for pediatric patients and families. Collaborates with hospitals, providers, insurers, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe transitions, continued care, and appropriate post-discharge services.

Supports individualized and group recreational activities for pediatric patients and residents across hospital units. Assists with care plans, special events, visiting groups, and donation activities under the supervision of certified therapeutic recreation, child life, creative arts therapy, and program staff. Requires flexible evening, weekend, and holiday scheduling, along with the ability to transfer children and equipment.
