Effectue des travaux de terrain en environnement et hydrogéologie, notamment l’échantillonnage de l’eau et des sols, la supervision de forages, les essais aquifères et la surveillance des eaux souterraines. Utilise, étalonne et entretient le matériel de terrain, consigne les données, participe aux rapports, propositions et estimations budgétaires, et encadre les collaborateurs juniors. Le poste exige des déplacements prolongés, un permis de conduire et une excellente maîtrise du français.

Plan, execute, and manage hydrogeological, environmental site assessment, and remediation projects. Responsibilities include field program oversight, groundwater and soil sampling, well installation, pumping and permeability testing, data analysis, technical report preparation, project coordination, proposals, client communication, mentoring junior staff, and business development. Work supports industrial, commercial, residential, municipal, mining, landfill, quarry, and government clients across Ontario and occasionally Canada.

Conduct hydrogeological and environmental site assessment studies, including field programs, groundwater and soil sampling, well installation, pumping tests, data analysis, and remediation support. Coordinate multidisciplinary projects, stakeholders, budgets, and work teams; prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and client communications; ensure regulatory and occupational health and safety compliance. Occasional local and national travel is required.

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple water and wastewater product development, production, and support projects. Manage multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, risks, change, and stakeholders; support proposals and cost estimates; ensure ISO 9001 quality compliance; improve PM tools and processes; maintain client relationships and facilitate business growth.

Lead medium-complexity water/wastewater projects from initiation through close, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, stakeholders, logistics, and northern/remote constraints while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
