Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple water and wastewater product development, production, and support projects. Manage multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, risks, change, and stakeholders; support proposals and cost estimates; ensure ISO 9001 quality compliance; improve PM tools and processes; maintain client relationships and facilitate business growth.

Support month-end close, prepare financial reports and dashboards, perform variance analysis, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, manage joint venture accounting, assist with quarterly financial statements and MD&A, support budgeting/forecasting, ensure IFRS and internal control compliance, cross-train on payroll, and identify process improvements.

Lead execution of water and wastewater treatment projects from planning through commissioning. Manage scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risks; develop WBS, schedules, cost estimates, reporting and document control; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, conduct site inspections, mentor junior staff, and maintain client/vendor relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Travel approximately 10%-15%.

Design, optimize, and implement wastewater treatment systems (biological, chemical, physical) from concept through commissioning. Prepare process criteria, PFDs/P&IDs, technical specs, and reports. Support installation, start-up, troubleshooting, pilot studies, and operational handover. Ensure regulatory compliance, provide client-facing technical support, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on remote and international projects.

Maintain accurate financial records covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice preparation, monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support. Prepare reports, assist audits, and improve accounting processes while ensuring compliance with policies and IFRS.

Lead medium-complexity water/wastewater projects from initiation through close, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, stakeholders, logistics, and northern/remote constraints while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
