Manage project accounting throughout the lifecycle, including project setup, contract updates, invoicing, financial reviews, revenue recognition, reporting, journal entries, account schedules, and project closeout. Partner with Project Managers and Finance teams to monitor budgets, work in progress, provisions, and percentage of completion. Support analysis requests, process improvements, and accurate delivery under tight deadlines while maintaining compliance with IFRS and company controls.

Manage project accounting throughout the lifecycle, including project setup, contract updates, billing analysis, customer invoicing, revenue recognition, financial closeout, and documentation. Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to monitor budgets, work in progress, project status, and billing accuracy. Support month- and quarter-end closing, resolve discrepancies, respond to project requests, and identify process improvements while maintaining compliance with IFRS 15 and company controls.

Design process piping systems and mechanical equipment layouts for water and wastewater treatment facilities. Produce 3D models, orthographic drawings, piping plans, equipment layouts, and installation details using CAD tools. Incorporate field walkdown observations, apply engineering markups, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, resolve routine design conflicts, and support site work that may involve international travel. The role also includes progressing toward independent completion of small design packages and mentoring or reviewing junior designers’ work.
